Payment Modes & Currency

We accept ATM or internet bank transfers, credit card and Paypal payments. All prices are quoted US Dollars. For international customers, Paypal will convert your payment based on their prevailing rates. Within 7 calendar days, we will ship out your merchandise upon receipt of payment.

Credit Card & Paypal

Master or Visa card payment via Paypal is secure and you do not need a Paypal account. All credit cardholders are subjected to validation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be able to proceed with your order.

Delivery Policy


Standard Delivery: Standard flat rate for local registered mail is US$.
Local delivery will be made within 3 business days.
Promotion: We are offering free local standard delivery for purchases above US$50!



Shipping Fees & Timeline
We are using TNT and EMS  for our international registered shipping. Delivery takes about 7 to 14 days or more. Note that actual delivery timeline is dependent on your destination and as all items are subject to customer inspection, additional time may be taken. Your applicable shipping fees will be automatically computed at time of check-out.
Custom Duties & Taxes
Please note that shipping charges do not include custom duties or taxes that may be levied when your parcel reaches your country. We are required by law to state the content and full value of the shipment. Hence, if any custom fees are imposed, they must be rendered by you. We recommend that you check with your local authorities for further information.

Please ensure the destination address you provided is correct. Non-deliverable parcels will be returned to us and you will be charged return-way fees (as billed by the postal company).
All deliveries will be made upon receipt of full payment.

Return Policy

Notify us!

We accept returns and exchanges of merchandise as long as you inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt of item. To help us expedite your request, please email us at with the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Order Reference
  3. Product Name and Code
  4. Reasons for Return
  5. State whether you would like an exchange or a refund
  6. If exchange, please describe new product required (Product Code, Size, Color)

Upon receipt of your notification, we will advise you on the return process. Please send us your item once you receive these details.

Returns should be accompanied with the original Sales Receipt and merchandise tags must be intact. For hygiene reasons, all camisole sets cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you will be responsible for postage on exchanges. Please note that the goods are your responsibility, until they reach our warehouse.

However, if we sent you the incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us. We will then send out the correct order immediately.


You may exchange your merchandise for another item of equal or lower value. For replacement items of higher value, you will make good the difference.

It may take 1 to 3 weeks for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service and where you are mailing from. Once we receive them, we will process your request to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.


Our Return Policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged.
Sales items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Gift vouchers are not eligible for refund.
Exchange of social partners' products are subject to the partners' conditions.
